Delivery

All orders will be shipped to you directly from our factory in Vietnam using DHL with a 2 - 4 day transit time. Please provide a residential or business address. The best address to provide is one where someone will be present to sign for the delivery within business hours. If there is no one present to sign for the delivery, you will need to contact DHL to arrange a re-delivery. Parcels will not be left by the courier unattended, without a signature.

Shipping Times

We will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, however please allow 14 working days to receive your shirt order and 28 working days to receive your suit order. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for any shipment enquiries at info@jermynstreetguild.com.

Worldwide Shipping Rates

A flat rate of US$29.95 applies on all orders delivered anywhere in the world.

International Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs, import duties and fees are not accounted for in the shipping cost and will not be charged by Jermyn Street Guild. The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties or foreign taxes that may be imposed.
